I know what it’s like to juggle motherhood, ADHD, a busy mind, and a heart that just won’t stop whispering, “There’s more to this.”

So I followed the nudge.

My cat, Cali is usually nearby supervising spiritual work like the goddess she is.

And yes, I absolutely talk to my journal like it’s a sentient being (because sometimes, it is).
